Fabrics, trims, special orders, and anything cut to size can NOT be returned or exchanged. Buttons, notions, or anything sold as a whole item—such as but not limited to unopened sewing machines and dress forms—may be exchanged or returned for a full refund (less shipping fees). Note: Once an item is opened or used, it can no longer be exchanged or returned.
